Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our nutraceuticals company. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable shipping fees, within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. We cannot refund shipping fees for orders that have already been shipped.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will provide a replacement product or a refund, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
